Job Description

• Provide technical assistance and support for incoming queries and issues related to computer systems, software, hardware, server and network/LAN. • Respond to queries either in person or over the phone. • Respond to email messages for customers seeking help. • Install, modify, and repair computer hardware, software, server and network/LAN

Job Requirements

• Male • Maximum age 27 years old • Minimum Bachelor Degree majoring in IT • Experiences with all hardware, network/LAN • Experiences as IT Helpdesk & Support is a plus • Proactive, full of initiative, highly integrity, risk focus and attention to details • Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under pressure with minimum supervision • Ability to manage tasks effectively and to motivate team members • Excellent administration and interpersonal skills • Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgment and problem solving skills • Outstanding PC skills on Microsoft Office
